We're writing to let you know that we've stopped your service as requested.
Because your request for return was made within 30 days of service
(AND as long as the products you are returning have never been damaged and
are in perfect resalable condition), we will accept the return.
Also, if you received the product in the manufacturer's
original packaging, it will be necessary for you to include that with
your return, as well.
Restocking fee 15% will be charged:
- If you return decoder without original box
- If you return additional equipment (other then decoder)
Decoder with any scratches - NOT REFUNDABLE!

You MUST return your original equipment, including remote control, power supplies and cables, within 30 days, or your account will be closed.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR EQUIPMENT
- Place your equipment and all accompanying contents into the original box.
- Send package by USPS ONLY to address:

Any missing or damaged equipment will be charged:
- TV cable (red-white-yellow): $15
- Internet cable: $10
- HDMI cable: $15
- Power supply: $50
- Remote control: $50
